Q: I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
A: We will deliver all the items you placed on the same day. Products purchased on different days have a lower likelihood of being shipped together.

A: Unfortunately, we cannot change shipment information once the product is en route.

Damages
Yeelight will not be liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
